In an effort to provide better support, we have identified several weaknesses in our current offerings. Traditionally, we have waited for things to break and our clients to call us before fixing issues.
Last year we introduced our remote offsite backup. We noticed than in an alarming amount of our offices, the backup was either not current or had failures due to people being in the database! Our offsite backup automates that process and one of our team members verifies both the offsite backup AND the onsite backup EVERY Day.
We also realized there is a better way to manage classic break/fix computer issues. To that end we have developed a remote management tool that allows us to proactively monitor your computers for hardware failures, viruses, security leaks, and other common and not-so common computer problems. The tool monitors thousands of system settings and reports back to our technicians in real time any items that need attention. Our goal is that if your computer is experiencing a problem, rather than have your staff call us and say "my computer locked up", we will call you and say "your computer is experiencing a problem" and already know the details and remedy.
