Firewall Protection

Installing a firewall in your office can help limit personal usage of the Internet. The good thing about having the firewall is that it doesn't completely block the Internet, but it is smart enough to block the sites that are harmful. You can also adjust the settings on your firewall service to block certain groups of websites ie. shopping, travel, and dating sites. The firewall database is constantly updated to know which sites to block. So if they come out with a new dating site, the firewall will know to block it.

They run about $600-$800 depending on how many workstations you have and there is an annual subscription to the service. In the long run, it could cost upwards of $200 to recover your computer after a virus gets a hold of it. So this would be cheaper than fixing 3 viruses over the lifetime of your computer system. Plus it takes away the distraction of the Internet from your employees so everyone can be more productive.
